Q: What is the ImpactHub?
A: The ImpactHub is the online portal where you can go and manage your devices, see your data and organise your donation profiles.
Q: How do I access it?
A: When you purchase devices from us, you can chose to manage them yourself via the ImpactHub or have Superspree manage them on your behalf via our Managed For You service. If you chose to manage it yourself, then we will create you an account and provide you with a login and user details.
Q: Is it hard to use?
A: No - there are full instructions provided and we do an onboarding session with you to show you everything you need to know.
