Contactless Donation Box costs: Loop Range devices cost €30, Halo Range devices are €300, and the Button is free, The Digital Offering Plates are €199 and €99 for the large and small plates respectively.
ImpactHub subscription: Standard access is €25/month per organization; advanced features are €50/month.
Payment processing: These are handled by your chosen payment processor.
How can I track my donation amounts?
Activate your ImpactHub subscription to view and analyze all donations in one place. If collecting stories, see them displayed on a storyboard for review.
How does shipping work?
DPD handles all shipping with full tracking to ensure your devices arrive safely.
How do donors use the contactless donation box?
Donors scan their NFC-enabled phone over the contactless symbol, choose donation amount or share a story, then optionally leave their name and email to receive a receipt or learn more.
When will I achieve payback on my contactless donation box?
Most organizations see a return on investment within 2 months, depending on usage and placement in high footfall areas.
How easy are the devices to use?
Loop devices are always ready—no power button or charging needed. Halo devices have a simple on/off button and USB-C charging. All user guides and support are available in your ImpactHub.
